Help when buying

We always try to help you find the best way to make your house purchase, through these five steps:

 One While it is normal for buyer and seller to negotiate the price directly, we realise there will often be language difficulties and also a cultural difference.

 Two Although it is also normal to try and get a better purchase price than the seller is offering, you need to remember to be realistic about it. We can help with translation and the benefit of our experience if we think your offer would be acceptable to the seller.

 Three As your agent we can arrange meetings between the two parties, unless of course you wish to do it yourself.

 Four Once you have agreed a final price, you will need to pay a deposit to confirm your intention to buy, usually around 3-5% of the purchase price. A contract is written and both sides will sign to agree the price and a date to transfer ownership.

 Five To legally change title deeds has to be done through the Land Registration office in Udon, with both the buyer and seller present. We will of course be there to make sure everything goes smoothly.
